At LetThemTalk, we take pride in offering conversation workshops that are specifically designed to help you improve your spoken Japanese skills within a supportive and engaging environment.
Our approach begins with an assessment of your current speaking ability, which allows us to place you in one of three levels:
- Beginner: If you have recently started learning Japanese and possess only a limited vocabulary and a few basic expressions, this level is tailored to meet your needs.
- Intermediate: If you can engage in a Japanese conversation but require some additional support and explanations in your native language, this level is ideal. Our experienced teachers are proficient in providing explanations in English, German, and French.
- Advanced: If you are already comfortable conversing in Japanese and desire to take your language skills to the next level, this level will challenge you. The lessons will be conducted entirely in Japanese, with explanations and support also provided in Japanese.

About Workshops／レッスンについて
We offer three types of workshops : group conversation, business (group) and one-to-one (private lessons). If you are a beginner, you will be most likely to take our one-to-one lessons to catch up with our intermediate level group. One-to-one lessons are tailored made.
You can talk with Yoko about what you want to improve during your assessment workshop.
Everyday Conversation／日常会話
We have two levels : intermediate and advanced (100% Japanese). You are going to speak in Japanese but you will get explanations in your own language (Yoko speaks English, French and German).
Yoko encourages you to speak Japanese as much as possible. You need to prepare for the lesson as well as revise the lesson. Since Yoko is an accredited facilitator and mediator, Yoko uses these skills in the conversation classes.
I am not a conventional language teacher. I regard myself as a facilitator to help you learning Japanese that you can use in the real life. I am a professional interpreter, too.
Business Conversation／ビジネス会話
At LetThemTalk, we offer business Japanese courses that are designed to help you develop your skills and confidence in real-life business contexts.
Unlike conventional courses that rely on Japanese business textbooks for learners, we teach you how to communicate effectively in Japanese by using real business situations and contexts. Our curriculum covers a range of essential skills, including:

日本語学科を卒業しました。日本語を使ったお仕事をしたいと思います。どのようなレッスンがありますか。
上級日本語ビジネス会話クラスがオススメです。このレッスンでは、ビジネスに必要な語彙やマナーだけではなく、ビジネスについて日本語で話します。つまり、日本語学習だけではなく、ビジネスの勉強になりますので、新卒者には特に勉強になります。
レッスンは、教科書を使いますか。それとも、新聞の記事を読んだりしますか。
レッスンでは、市販の教科書は一切使いません。使用する教材は、私が全てみなさんのニーズに合わせて、探してきます。新聞の記事を使うことをありますが、このコースの目的は、ビジネス会話です。会話が中心です。
ビジネス電話や、ビジネスメールの書き方、そして議事録などの書類の書き方も勉強しますか。
はい。でも、実践的に勉強します。つまり、基本は一緒に勉強することもできますが、実際にロールプレイをしながら学習することがメインです。
履歴書の書き方は？
私のレッスンでは、まず自分を商品・サービスだと思って分析することから始めます。あなたの強み・弱みなどを分析してから履歴書を作成したり、面接の準備をすることが大切です。

- samedi Niveau intermédiaire inférieur (80% en japonais) : Ce niveau est conçu pour les apprenants qui se situent à un stade intermédiaire inférieur de compétence en japonais. L’atelier se déroulera principalement en japonais, avec environ 80% de la conversation en japonais.
- dimanche Niveau intermédiaire (100% en japonais) : Le niveau intermédiaire convient aux apprenants capables de mener des conversations en japonais avec une certaine aisance. Dans cet atelier, environ 100% de la conversation sera en japonais.
- dimanche Niveau avancé (100% en japonais) : Le niveau avancé est destiné aux apprenants à l’aise et confiants dans leurs compétences en expression orale en japonais. Cet atelier se déroulera entièrement en japonais, offrant ainsi une expérience linguistique immersive.
